Sloggi, the underwear brand from Triumph, is now presenting itself completely independently online and has launched an online shop in Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria and France. By the end of the year, Sloggi also wants to have online stores in seven more countries throughout Europe.
Just a couple of months ago, Sloggi was active online, but didn’t have its own online store. Products from the brand could only be bought in the online store of Triumph, which was available in the ten European countries Sloggi also will have a presence. “The new online shop has gone live in our most important Sloggi markets, within less than three and a half months”, says Tilman Galler, Head of E-Commerce at Triumph.
Later this year, the Swiss lingerie manufacturer also wants to roll out the Sloggi online store in the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Poland, Denmark, Sweden and Belgium.
Automatic gender-specific content control
With the responsive design, the online Sloggi store is tailored to all devices. Also, special attention has been paid to functionalities such as automatic gender-specific content control. The development of this online store was based on the same platform as Triumph, which has been running on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) since 2011. Arvato SCM Solutions has been entrusted with the development and ongoing operation of the Sloggi shop.
